Refund policy

Fibre Gentili wants you to be happy with your purchase.

Only unused and unopened items in their original condition (unwound with original label attached) may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt. When exchanging items, shipping costs to and from Fibre Gentili are the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the order was filled incorrectly.

Please note that purchases of knitted samples, shade cards, kits, sweater cards, gift cards, sale items, printed books and digital content including pattern PDFs are final sales, we regret we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

It's recommended that returned items are insured. Fibre Gentili does not assume responsibility for exchanged items that are lost or damaged in shipping.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at fibregentili@gmail.com so we can remedy the issue and resolve the discrepancy as quickly as possible.
