Kyma means "wave" in Greek, and it’s the sea and the movement of the waves that inspired the shapes and colors of this tee.
To evoke the wave-like pattern, we used a slightly raised two-tone cable stitch, followed by a simple jacquard design. A small cable motif is also incorporated into the body.
Kyma is a modern, youthful design with vibrant color combinations and playful stitching.
This tee is worked in the round from the top down, with gradual increases in the yoke until reaching the sleeves, which are placed on hold on a thread to be picked up and finished later. This method results in a seamless construction.

WET-BLOCKING
- Fill a sink or basin with cold water.
- Submerge the fabric in water, gently squeezing out any air bubbles so that the piece can remain under water without being held there.
- Soak work for 30 minutes or longer allowing fabric to become completely saturated.
- Remove excess moisture by rolling your fabric between clean, dry towels with light pressure.
- Lay fabric flat and shape to air dry.
